How to Install
Waves Smart ERP
Follow this simple guide to get your business running. Our smart installer handles all the complex database configuration for you.
Download the Setup File
Click the download button above. You will receive a file named 'WavesERP_Setup.exe' (approx 150MB).
Run as Administrator
Right-click the downloaded file and select 'Run as Administrator'. This ensures the installer has permission to configure the database.
Select Installation Type
Choose 'Express Install' (Recommended) for a typical single-PC setup. This automatically installs SQL LocalDB and prerequisites.
Activate Your License
Once installed, open Waves ERP. Enter the 16-digit Trial Key or License Key sent to your email to unlock the software.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
Error: .NET Framework Missing
The installer usually fixes this. If not, please download and install .NET Framework 4.8 manually from the Microsoft website.
Database Connection Failed
Ensure the 'SQL Server (SQLEXPRESS)' service is running in Windows Services. Check your firewall allows port 1433.
Antivirus Blocking Installation
Some antivirus software may flag new installers. Please add 'WavesERP_Setup.exe' to your antivirus exclusion list.
Printer Not Detected
Install the drivers for your thermal printer first. Verify that you can print a 'Test Page' from Windows Control Panel.
