License Policy FAQ
Is the Desktop License truly lifetime?
Yes. The Silver edition works offline forever. You pay once and own it. However, 'Cloud Features' (Gold/Platinum) require an annual renewal for server costs.
Can I move my license to a new PC?
Yes. We provide a 'Deactivation' tool. You must deactivate the license on the old PC before activating it on the new one. This is free of cost.
What happens if my PC crashes/formats?
Don't worry. Your license is linked to your registered email/phone. Contact support, and we will reset your key so you can reactivate it.
Can I upgrade from Silver to Gold?
Absolutely. You just pay the difference amount. Your data will remain safe and carry forward automatically.
