What is the Yearly AMC and is it mandatory?

The Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is ₹3,500/year. While your Offline ERP license is lifetime and will never stop working, the AMC ensures you receive all government GST updates, new software features, and dedicated technical support. We highly recommend keeping it active for compliance.

I have a second business. Do I have to pay ₹15,000 again?

No! We love supporting growing entrepreneurs. If you have a Sister Concern or a second company under the same management, we provide a full, unrestricted Offline license for that new company for only ₹4,500 + GST.

How does the extra user pricing work for the Offline plan?

The base ₹15,000 plan includes 1 user license (meaning it can be used on 1 computer). If you need your accountant or a second billing counter to access the data simultaneously via LAN, you can buy extra LAN users starting at ₹2,000. These are one-time payments.

What is included in the Cloud Edition setup fee?

The ₹35,000 one-time setup fee covers server configuration, data migration from your old software, complete staff training, and initial implementation across your branches.
