2. How We Use Your Data

  • To Provide Services: We use your data to authenticate you, sync your inventory across devices, and generate reports.
  • To Improve Waves ERP: We analyze usage trends (e.g., "which features are used most") to build better updates.

Important: We do NOT sell your business data to advertisers or third-party data brokers.

3. Data Storage & Security

Waves ERP operates on a Hybrid Model.

Local Storage

Your primary financial data resides on your local machine (SQL Server/Access). You own this database file entirely.

Cloud Sync

If you enable Cloud Sync, an encrypted copy is stored on our secure AWS servers in the Mumbai (India) region.

We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.2+ for data in transit.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We only share data with third parties when necessary to provide a specific feature you have requested:
