Configure Thermal Printer (3-inch)

Waves ERP supports all standard ESC/POS thermal printers (TVS, Epson, XPrinter).

Install the Printer Driver in Windows and ensure a Test Page prints successfully.

Open Waves ERP -> Settings -> Hardware.

Select 'Printer Type: Thermal 3-inch'.

Select your printer name from the dropdown list.

Make sure to set paper margins to 'Zero' in Windows Printer Preferences.
