How to reset Admin password?
If you have lost your Admin password, you cannot reset it from the software for security reasons. You must use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login screen which sends an OTP to your registered mobile number.

Open Waves ERP Login Screen.

Click on 'Forgot Password' below the login button.

Enter your Registered Mobile Number (RMN).

Enter the 6-digit OTP received on SMS.
If you do not have access to the registered mobile number, please email support@waveserp.com from your official email ID.
