Please read these terms carefully. They outline the mutual agreement between you (the user) and Waves ERP (us) to ensure a smooth business relationship.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Waves ERP. By downloading, installing, or using our software (including the Desktop Application, Mobile App, and Web Dashboard), you agree to be bound by these terms.

Our Promise

We promise to provide a stable, secure billing platform. In return, we ask that you use the software fairly and respect our intellectual property.

2. Software License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Waves ERP. This license is valid for the duration of your subscription (or lifetime for specific plans).

Single User License

Valid for installation on one specific computer/device only.

Multi-User License

Valid for networked computers within the same physical premises (LAN).

* Note: The software is licensed, not sold. Waves ERP retains ownership of the source code.

3. Payments & Refunds

Subscription Fees: Fees for AMC (Annual Maintenance) or Cloud Sync are billed annually. Failure to renew may result in loss of cloud features (offline data remains accessible).
Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new licenses if the software does not work on your PC as advertised.

4. Restrictions

To keep our ecosystem safe, you agree NOT to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code (VB.NET/C#).

Share your license key publicly or resell it without authorization.

Use the software for illegal activities or generating fraudulent invoices.

5. Support & Updates

We provide updates to fix bugs and add features.

End of Life: Older versions (v1.0 - v3.0) built on .NET Framework 2.0 are no longer supported. We strongly recommend upgrading to v24.x (WPF) for security.
